St George Parade of Homes

The phrase "if you build it, they will come" may have been written for one of my favorite baseball movies, but it could equally apply to the beautiful St George area.  St George Utah is home to some of the most talented home builders in the nation, and boy have they been busy.  With hundreds of new homes, and multiple new housing developments, it is a paradise for those people (present self included) who become a bit giddy when touring a new home in St George.

Speaking of touring new homes, let's talk about the Nations Best Parade of Homes.  St George has been nationally recognized for having not only some of the best home builders, but also the best way to showcase those new homes during the Parade.  Last year's parade featured 28 beautiful homes, each one offering a great display of the latest trends mixed with traditional favorites.  Over 30,000 people attended, and were not let down.  In addition to the homes, participants were able to see different views of the beautiful landscape of Southern Utah.

The 2019 Parade seems to be gearing up for an even bigger display, and I personally cannot wait!  For more information on the event, you can visit their website or find them on facebook

You can also visit my website, or find me on facebook or twitter for more information on homes in St George Utah.  If you'd love to tour the St George Parade of Homes with a friend, please get a hold of me.  Just don't judge me when I display the aforementioned giddyness as we go through all the amazing new homes!  They are just one of the many reasons to Smile about living in St George Utah.
